FullSwitch was established in the spring of 1994. By fall of 1996 FullSwitch had already shown signs of the exponential growth to come. By growing within its financial means and applying smart business tactics, FullSwitch has been able to expand steadily from 3 to 12 employees at different locations within a few months.

FullSwitch is proud of the fact that our executive team has a proven history of working together. In an industry where longevity is often measured in weeks, we feel that the common threads shared by our executive team provide a solid foundation to our core philosophy.
