A one time setup
fee is charged for all new accounts.
** A downgrade fee is charged for all plan changes that
downgrade the account to a lower plan type, domain registration
accounts not included. The downgrade fee is equal to the
setup fee of the plan type to which the account is being
downgraded. Ex: Downgrading a Professional plan account
to the Personal plan. The Professional plan Set up fee
is $50. In this case, the downgrade fee will be $50. |

Important
Notes |
Plan Changes: A plan change fee will apply to those who
wish to migrate between Windows plan types. There will be no plan
change fee for resellers who are migrating between a UNIX web
hosting account and and Windows plan. Please be aware that
files are not moved during platform changes - resellers migrating
customer sites between UNIX and W2K will have to copy the entire
website to a client machine and republish to the new account.
SSL Secure Server: Shared Certificates (Verisign, Thawte
etc.) are not supported on W2K. Customers must have their own dedicated
certificate for secure transactions or secure http sessions. A dedicated
certificate cannot be moved from a UNIX hosting account to a W2K
account with out re-registering with Verisign or Thawte.
Permissions:
Permissions can not be set individually on Microsoft FrontPage child
webs. Password protected directories/pages are not currently possible
on this platform without independent ASP coding. Users wishing to
use FrontPage functionality to perform password protection should
order one of our UNIX hosting plans. |
