In addition to the following "per hour" pricing we offer blocks of time that can be purchased at a reduced hourly rate. The block time can be used when you need it, at the time you need it, and does not expire. Please contact us for more information about purchasing block time.

  Server Related Services

Microsoft NT/2000 Server installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance	$ 125.00 / hour
Microsoft Exchange 5.5 / 2000 configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance	$ 125.00 / hour
Microsoft IIS Server, Proxy Server, ISA Server and all other related products	$ 125.00 / hour
Linux Server Services (including Redhat, Mandrake, SUSE, SME, ClarkConnect)	$ 125.00 / hour
IBM AS/400 installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance	$ 125.00 / hour

  Workstation Services

Microsoft Products (All), installation, networking, troubleshooting, maintenance	$ 75.00 / hour
Linux Desktop Products installation, networking, troubleshooting, maintenance	$ 75.00 / hour
Hardware repair, installation, recommendation, upgrades	$ 75.00 / hour
Networking (peer-to-peer, workgroups, ICS, domain setup, etc.)	$ 75.00 / hour

  Home Services
All home computer related services (software, networking, Local Area Network setup, hardware upgrades, troubleshooting, cabling, wireless networking, hardware replacement) is charged at $50.00 to $75.00 /hour. We will perform all services on-site for no additional charge.

  Additional Services

Network design and installation	$ 125.00 / hour
Backup Solutions (installation, configuration, recommendation)	$ 125.00 / hour
Data Recovery for servers and workstations	$ 125.00 / hour
Microsoft Exchange Server data and mailbox recovery	$ 125.00 / hour
Voice-Over-IP phone systems (recommendation, installation)	$ 125.00 / hour
Wireless Networking installation including integration into existing wired networks	$ 75.00 / hour

  Training
We offer training on all Microsoft products by a certified trainer. We also can train clients on almost any other software product with sufficient notice of the specific application. Training is billed at $100.00 per hour, on-site, with no limitation to the number of students attending.

We perform all of the above services 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our prices for after hours and weekend service do not change. Our clients are not penalized for needing our services during these times.
